Susan keeps the books very well but she thinks she does not. More to the point, there is much else that she does for the D and D so there is little time left for this task. If a person could be found within an easy radius of Haytor, she would continue cashing in the donations, recording those on the Excel format and recording any transfers to our Gaza account. The book keeper would be responsible for visiting here on a monthly basis and making sure that the accounts were perfect. Accounts will also be received from our new man in Gaza to be incorporated within the accounts here. Do please ask around.
