Happy release

We heard yesterday morning from Yousef Zawahreh in London that the container was leaving the dock gates. I later spoke to 'our man' in Gaza Salah Abu-Ali who I could here smiling on the phone! I understood him to say that the container was on the other side of the Karnai checkpoint and he expected its arrival in Gaza this pm or tomorrow. We hope with all our hearts that this is not a false dawn.
I have likened the last three months of 'communication' as being akin to the game of snakes and ladders but with the accent strongly on the snakes.
Container No 2 will not leave the UK until we are sure of a smooth ride into Gaza.
